Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead global data collection and analytics for sustainability topics such as water, waste, pollution, and biodiversity. You will oversee reporting and develop dashboards, predictive analytics, and targets to advance our sustainability journey across the value chain.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement in environmental reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to improvements.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert on global data collection and analytics development for Nature topics (water, waste, pollution, biodiversity).
• Support reporting for Nature topics, including CDP and CSRD compliance.
• Develop dashboards, predictive analytics, and target setting to enable sustainability ambitions.
• Collaborate with teams to identify KPIs and establish benchmarks for sustainability metrics.
• Identify IT systems and tools to support global objectives and work with digital teams.
