Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Law, or related field.
• At least two years of Ethics & Compliance experience in an international company (pharma, healthcare, or consumer goods).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Proactive, independent, able to lead audits and discuss topics.
• Willing to travel internationally (50–70 days/year).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ethics and compliance audits.
• Assess compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements, interactions with healthcare professionals, healthcare organisations and public officials, patient engagement activities, third-party management processes, and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather evidence and support remediation actions.
• Analyse data and audit evidence to identify control gaps, emerging trends, and potential compliance risks.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions and monitoring tools used within Internal Audit.
• Contribute to strengthening governance, risk management, and compliance practices across the Novo Group.
