Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Law, Business Administration, Auditing, or related discipline.
• At least two years of Ethics & Compliance experience in an international company (pharma/healthcare/consumer goods).
• Strong analytical skills with data to identify trends, risks and conclusions.
• Fluent in English, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, independent work style and ability to lead audits.
• Willing to travel internationally (50–70 days per year).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ethics and compliance audits from planning to follow-up actions.
• Assess anti-bribery, anti-corruption, interactions with HCPs, healthcare organisations and public officials, patient engagement and third-party management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather evidence and support remediation actions.
• Analyse audit data to identify gaps, trends, and risks with clear reporting.
• Support development of digital monitoring tools within Internal Audit.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance across Novo Group.
