Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark, seeks a Business Ethics Auditor to strengthen ethics and compliance across the Novo Group. You will lead end-to-end audits, assess key controls, and support remediation actions, collaborating with diverse teams.

You will join an international group, travel internationally (50–70 days/year) and help advance governance and risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Law, Business Administration, Auditing, or related discipline.
• At least two years of Ethics & Compliance experience in an international company in pharma, healthcare or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and assess risks.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business ethics and compliance audits from planning to follow-up actions.
• Assess compliance with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and data privacy requirements; interactions with healthcare professionals and public officials.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather evidence and implement remediation actions.
• Analyze audit data to identify control gaps and risks; document findings clearly.
• Support development of digital tools and monitoring within Internal Audit.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance practices across Novo Group.
