AAK is seeking two ERP Domain Architects to shape the future of their ERP landscape in Aarhus, Denmark. One role specializes in Finance (FI/CO) and the other in Procurement, Sourcing & Trading. You will act as the architectural owner of the SAP S4 Sause to Pay domain and ensure solutions' sustainability and strategic alignment.

About The Role

We are looking for two ERP Domain Architects to shape the future of AAK's ERP landscape: one specializing in Finance (FI/CO) and one in Procurement, Sourcing & Trading.

In this role, you will act as the architectural owner of the SAP S4 Sause to Pay domain, ensuring long‑term sustainability, standardisation, and strategic alignment of solutions. You will collaborate with ERP process developers, functional specialists and developers, and with the architecture team to define and evolve the overall SAP architectural roadmap.

Location

This position is based in one of our offices: Malmo (SE), Karlshamn (SE) or Aarhus (DK).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the ERP Change Advisory Board, assessing technical changes and ensuring alignment with domain architecture standards.
• Drive the adoption of standardized services, architectural patterns, and reusable solution components.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, ensuring quality, governance, and reusability.
• Provide architectural guidance for non‑standard changes, balancing business needs with technical integrity.
• Act as 4th‑line support, resolving complex or escalated issues requiring architectural expertise.
• Ensure quality and governance within the release management process, including transport management.
• Partner with Process Developers to translate business requirements into end‑to‑end technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Functional Specialists to design and deliver ERP change initiatives.
• Contribute to system refresh planning and freeze periods in cooperation with Infrastructure and Delivery Management.

About You

• Holds a university degree in Information Technology or a related field, or brings equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Has 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP, ideally within Finance (FI/CO) or Procurement, Sourcing & Trading.
• Possesses a strong understanding of SAP ERP architecture; experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Takes a structured, detail‑oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and results.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical concepts into clear business solutions and building effective cross‑functional relationships.
