What the job
In this unique position, you will split your expertise across two core pillars: acting as the primary internal owner for our CRM platform (SAP Sales & Service Cloud / C4C) and serving as a functional expert within our SAP AMS team for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
- CRM Pillar: Maintain, configure, and develop our CRM system to optimize customer lifecycle, supported by a global external implementation partner for heavier technical tasks.
- SAP SD Pillar: Manage projects within the SD area, configure changes, and protect our core backend systems to ensure smooth daily order intake.
- Digital Bridge: Align with the digital team to support the B2B Satair Market portal for backend synchronisation.
Your main responsibilities includes:
CRM Management (SAP CX Sales & Service Cloud)
- Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance, configuration, and functional evolution of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Gather, analyse, and document front‑end business requirements and map them to standard SAP CRM functionalities.
- Configure sales processes (lead/opportunity lifecycle, pipeline management, quotations, activities).
- Configure service processes (supplier discrepancies, customer claims handling, escalation paths, omnichannel integration).
- Steer external partner on advanced customisations and act as primary internal counterpart for heavy development deliverables.
- Stay current on SAP roadmap and best practices to ensure solutions align with CX goals.
SAP SD Architecture & AMS Project Management
- Design, customise, and implement functional SAP SD solutions (blueprints, configuration rules, technical documentation).
- Manage functional projects and enhancement tracks within the SD space, including direct project ownership and support for wider ARD application maps.
- Build and maintain backend changes with a strong focus on risk mitigation for business‑critical order intake.
- Partner tightly with the Digital department to align configuration flows and secure flawless data exchange for the Satair Market portal.
- Execute functional unit testing and system validation for new configurations before release cycles and support users during UAT.
Who you are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related technical/commercial field.
- Professional Foundation: Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on functional experience across SAP ecosystems, with a clear split between CRM platforms and core ERP logistics.
- CRM Expertise: 5+ years configuring SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C), including system lifecycles, account management, ticket handling, and Data Workbench.
- SAP SD Mastery: Proven functional and technical proficiency in SAP SD (Pricing, Billing, Order Processing, Partner Determination); S/4HANA transformation experience is a strong asset.
- Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to drive smaller to mid‑sized IT projects from blueprinting to go‑live.
- Languages: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
