Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Category Manager – IT to lead regional IT sourcing across the EMEA region, partnering with the CIO organization and key stakeholders to drive value, optimize costs, and mitigate risk.

You will own IT categories including IT Resellers, Telecom, End User Services, Mobility, and other IT sub-categories, lead RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier performance initiatives while balancing cost, quality, service, and risk.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT Sourcing or Category Management experience in a global company.
• Experience partnering with CIO organization and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional IT sourcing strategies in collaboration with IT leadership across the EMEA region.
• Act as a strategic commercial partner to senior IT stakeholders, balancing cost, performance, service quality, and business outcomes.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with strategic IT suppliers and partners.
• Plan and lead complex negotiations across Telecom, End User Services, IT Resellers, Mobility, and Leasing across multiple countries.
• Own and manage Telecom, Voice, and Mobility contracts regionally and support EUS programs.
• Lead regional RFx processes, SOWs, and commercial engagements for IT services in EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional/global sourcing teams to align strategies and leverage scale.
• Work with Finance, Vendor Management, Compliance and Legal on master agreements, SLAs, NDAs.
