GEA Process Engineering seeks a Sourcing Specialist – Operational Procurement to own supplier selection and drive sourcing strategies across multi-project efforts. • Commercially minded procurement professional with ability to balance supplier relationships and business objectives.
• Experience sourcing technical products, components or services in a project-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Structured and proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for electronic components and related technical services across multiple projects.
• Drive supplier selection, commercial negotiations and contract execution.
• Manage supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation actions to support project delivery.
• Contribute to category management and sourcing strategies with Global Procurement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing priorities with project requirements.
