  • Demonstrated experience working across IT, IT sourcing, or IT program management roles with strong commercial accountability.
Desired Characteristics

  • Experience working effectively across international, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing third-party providers and strategic supplier relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to perform quantitative and data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly in senior management forums (English required).
  • Strong project management capability, with experience leading complex, multi-country initiatives in a matrixed environment.
