Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a flagship data centre project in Denmark. You will own the electrical scope from design coordination through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality delivery.

You will lead electrical works, manage subcontractors and site teams, coordinate with design and construction, oversee MV/LV systems, and drive health and safety and compliance across all activities. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all electrical works across the data centre project.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams for seamless execution.
• Oversee installation of MV/LV distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive health, safety, and quality compliance across all electrical activities.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Chair progress meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning, energisation, and handover.
