Job summary
Ramboll GCC is seeking an Electrical Engineer specializing in underground HV cable systems to join our Power Systems team. You will contribute to offshore wind, transmission and energy transition projects, delivering design studies, routing, and installation strategies across global assignments. Fluency in English is required; Dutch/German a plus. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years’ experience in underground HV cable system design.
- Experience with CymCap or other cable rating software.
- Familiarity with international and local standards for cables.
- Fluent in English; Dutch/German languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review project documents, perform gap analyses, and prepare technical reports.
- Client and third-party management (civil, substation, etc.).
- Cable rating calculations and design of underground cable routes.
- Site visits, commissioning support, and factory inspections during manufacturing.
- Develop installation strategies and interface with substations and civil works.
