Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S in Denmark is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to drive health, safety, and environmental standards across offshore service operations.

You will lead inspections, training, and audits, fostering a proactive EHS culture and collaboration with an operations team under the #HomeSafe mindset.

Qualifications

• A country-specific HSE qualification such as a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.
• Previous EHS experience in an operational or engineering environment, ideally within a power service or offshore industry.
• Proven ability to provide EHS leadership and pragmatic guidance in high-performance work settings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and assess EHS performance, implementing improvement plans to enhance safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with EHS specialists and operations management to provide guidance on legislation and local standards.
• Lead point-of-work visits to engage with technicians, conduct audits, and offer coaching for continuous development.
• Ensure all incidents, accidents, and near misses are reported and investigated, with corrective actions implemented and monitored.
• Facilitate the creation and delivery of EHS training and inductions, promoting a culture of safety and awareness across the team.

How You’ll Make an Impact
