Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an EHS Coordinator to drive health, safety and environmental standards across our offshore service operations, engaging with technicians and operations teams to promote a proactive EHS culture.

You will monitor EHS performance, lead audits and coaching, report and investigate incidents, and deliver training to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the site. This role requires a NEBOSH-type qualification and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • A country-specific HSE qualification, such as a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous EHS experience in an operational or engineering environment, ideally within a power service or offshore industry.
  • Proven ability to provide EHS leadership and pragmatic guidance in high-performance work settings.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in mainstream software packages and a clean motor car driving license.

How You’ll Make An Impact
