Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Senior Digital Enablement Manager to lead digital enablement within the Transition & Portfolio Office, focusing on AI adoption and productivity tooling for end users across a 700-person organisation.

You will partner with product managers and super users to ensure safe usage of Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code solutions, driving adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience using and explaining technologies such as Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate or similar digital tools.
• Ability to plan independently, set direction and translate ideas into actions.
• Experience delivering training, change management and adoption programs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Launch a digital enablement community that accelerates AI adoption and productivity tool use.
• Shape governance, guidance and standards for end-user technology use.
• Develop training programs for Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate and other low-code/no-code tools.
• Collaborate with super users to share knowledge and improve ways of working.
• Run engagement activities to boost individual productivity and inspire new approaches.
