Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver onsite field services for client environments in Denmark. You will handle Windows 10/11 maintenance, imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and office moves while coordinating with global teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong documentation, and collaboration across multi-location teams, with a background in IT education and industry certifications.

Qualifications

6–8 years of Field Services or onsite support experience.
Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
Experience with remote troubleshooting and clear instruction delivery.
Knowledge of SCCM and Intune administration.
Experience with imaging and OS deployment.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and facilities.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Perform bulk refreshes and PC provisioning.
Manage asset tracking and recycling/loaner equipment at customer sites.
Coordinate laptop provisioning for new starters.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile/tablet devices.
Support Networking, conferencing, and server/storage in local sites.
Produce knowledge articles and maintain documentation.
