Job summary

Coforge is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IMACD, deskside support, and end-user computing services at customer sites. You will manage Windows and Linux client devices, printers, and conference room tech, acting as the primary onsite contact and coordinating with remote teams.

The role requires 3–6 years in onsite IT support, fluency in English and Danish, and a Bachelor's or Diploma in CS/IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–6 years of onsite IT support or deskside experience.
• Fluent in English and Danish; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IMACD and deskside support for Windows and Linux.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals.
• Coordinate with remote teams and vendors; document incidents in ITSM.
• Maintain inventory, assets, and cables; support conference room AV.
