Job summary

Ampstek in Denmark is seeking a capable L1/L2 IT support technician to handle desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, network and connectivity issues, and install and maintain systems and user devices.

Responsibilities include managing user accounts with basic Active Directory tasks, logging and resolving incidents within SLA, supporting Microsoft 365, VPN and remote access, and maintaining IT documentation while following security

• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.

• Maintain IT documentation and follow IT security and support procedures.
