Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced IT/Desktop Support professional to deliver hands-on help for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and applications in a Copenhagen environment.

You will diagnose hardware, software, OS, and network issues, manage incidents, and image devices with SCCM/Intune while supporting Windows, Office, Outlook, and AD. VIP users and a collaborative team are valued here.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Desktop Support/IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, cabling, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting VIP users and working in diverse team environments is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal); local language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and application support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and ticket queues; elevate when required.
• Install, configure, image, and rebuild devices using SCCM/Intune.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory, and basic Mac OS environments.
• Perform basic server, network, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and telecom troubleshooting.
• Provide smart hands support for network, server, AV, and telecom teams.
• Maintain asset inventory, stock management, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, printers, and mobile devices.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist with team leadership activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, procurement, and warranty services.
• Participate in on‑call and after-hours support when required.
