Job summary

JYSK is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Distribution Center in Uldum. You will manage inbound and outbound processes, coach Department Managers, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the operation.

You will build capable teams, define operational goals and KPIs, and collaborate across countries within our Nordic-European retail network. A strong focus on people and process excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience from operations management within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, production, or a similar operational environment
• Knowledge of Danish health and safety legislation, with hands-on experience ensuring compliance and promoting a safety first culture and efficient workplace
• Solid understanding of budgeting and P/L
• Experience leading and developing teams in a performance-driven operational setting
• Ability to balance Safety first, operational efficiency, productivity, and employee well‑being
