Job summary

Jysk in Uldum is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Distribution Center, oversee inbound and outbound processes, and coach departmental managers to drive reliable, efficient service.

You will set goals, budgets and KPIs, optimize workflows, promote safety, and work internationally about 15 days per year to share best practices.

We are looking for a OperationsManagerto lead and drive the overall operation at our Distribution Center in Uldum. As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of inbound and outbound processes, through your dedicated Department Managers.You coach managers and teams to enable them to contribute independently and proactively to achieving the best results.
