Zusammenfassung

Trackunit is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations from contract signature through successful delivery. You will act as the project manager and primary delivery lead, ensuring timelines, scope, and customer expectations are met while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

In this hybrid role, you will drive time-to-value, manage risk and changes, and hand over to Customer Success when appropriate.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for assigned customers
• Own and maintain the Implementation Statement of Work, project plans, and defined milestones and timelines
• Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and resources throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Own and drive Time-to-Value as a core performance metric for assigned accounts
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalation issues when required
• Adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery
• Validate the customer's solution expectations and align on what success looks like for their implementation
• Define and document the customer's success criteria and definition of done
• Ensure outcomes are tracked toward time-to-value and platform adoption
• Apply change management best practices to help customers navigate the organizational and process shifts that come with adopting Trackunit's platform
• Serve as the primary customer contact during the implementation phase
• Lead all customer meetings throughout the implementation phase to align on goals, scope timelines, and responsibilities
• Provide regular status updates and progress reporting to customers
• Support issue resolution and manage customer expectations throughout the project
• Maintain a solid working understanding of Trackunit products and solution architecture
• Understand how solution components interact and impact implementation delivery
• Collaborate closely with Hardware and Platform subject matter experts on technical requirements and dependencies
• Translate technical considerations into clear project actions and customer communication
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including CSMs, Commercial, Marketing, and Hardware & Platform teams
• Ensure relevant teams are informed of implementation progress, risks, and milestones
• Support alignment across teams to enable smooth execution and a handover that enables CSM to pursue adoption and expansion opportunities
• Act as a mobilizer to ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time
• Identify common implementation challenges and improvement opportunities
• Share insights and feedback to support refinement of implementation processes and best practices
• Contribute to team knowledge, documentation, and standard ways of working
