Job summary

atNorth seeks an experienced Security Delivery Project Manager to lead the delivery of physical security systems across our Nordic data center portfolio. You will coordinate Security, Design, Delivery, Construction, IT, Operations, and Customer Implementation teams to embed security requirements from concept to handover.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing security, construction, infrastructure, or technology projects in complex environments.
• Strong experience delivering physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion, alarms).
• Proven PM skills: planning, scheduling, risk, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with consultants, EPCM, contractors, system integrators, and security vendors.
• Knowledge of security design reviews, commissioning, operational readiness, and governance.
• Experience in data centers or high-availability environments is desirable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, PSP, CPP are advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Nordic languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of physical security solutions across new data center builds, expansions, and upgrades.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure security requirements are embedded into project designs and aligned with customer, operational, and business needs.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and system integrators throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee installation activities, quality assurance, and issue resolution to meet standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, system validation, and handover activities.
• Provide regular reporting, progress updates, and decision support to stakeholders and leadership.
