HydraSpecma is building a strategic Data Center Cooling business and seeks a Commercial Development Manager to turn technical capabilities into market opportunities.

You will focus on the Nordic market, map the value chain, access decision-makers, and create pilots, proof-of-concepts and scalable opportunities.

Travel internationally as needed; primary workplace in Silkeborg or Skjern, reporting through Medarbejderne ApS collaboration.

Qualifications

• Credible experience in the data center ecosystem or related technical infrastructure.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers, liquid cooling, thermal management, or fluid systems.
• Ability to connect market insight with technology and commercial opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Define market positioning and secure access to relevant customers and partners.
• Turn market dialogue into qualified opportunities, pilots and proof-of-concept projects.
• Develop a scalable commercial offering across Nordic and later EMENA markets.
• Travel internationally; primary workplace in Silkeborg or Skjern.
