Job summary

HydraSpecma is building a strategic business area within Data Center Cooling and seeks a Commercial Development Manager to transform technical capabilities into market access and sustainable business. The role focuses on the Nordic region with expansion into EMEA over time.

You will bridge market insight with HydraSpecma’s technology, engaging hyperscalers, EPC contractors, system integrators and OEMs, and travelling internationally. Primary workplaces are Silkeborg or Skjern.

Qualifications

• Credible in data center ecosystem or closely related technical infrastructure
• Experience with hyperscale data centers, liquid cooling, thermal management, or critical infrastructure is valuable

Responsibilities

• Map the Nordic market and identify key decision-makers
• Create access to stakeholders and convert dialogue into opportunities, pilots or proofs of concept
• Act as a bridge between market, management and HydraSpecma’s technical experts; develop a qualified pipeline
