Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with our internal portal, e.g., writing concise communication texts and ensuring portal updates.
• Maintain documents and organize folder structures in drives.
• Provide day-to-day support to the IPD Business Management team.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, including IPD onboarding sessions.
• Assist with planning and organizing social events and team activities.
