Job summary

SAS is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle premium Nordic travel inquiries from our Warsaw office. You will assist customers with ticket purchases, payments, and travel issues, while delivering exceptional service via calls and chat.

Fluent Danish (C1) and English (B2) are required. You will join an international, diverse team and undergo a fully paid 2-month training program with a dedicated buddy.

Qualifications

• Danish language fluency at C1 level to communicate with customers.
• Strong written and spoken English at B2 level to handle inquiries.
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit with a customer-first mindset.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded approach to service.
• Active listener with clear, concise communication and attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls and chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers to build trust.
