Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or live chat).
• Ability to multitask, handle chat queues, and deliver high-quality support under pressure.
• Native or near-native Danish language skills with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support to players in real-time, including game rules, bonuses, payouts, and verifications.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Bring energy, personality and active listening to every interaction.
