Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, early-career professionals to join one of Europe’s boldest iGaming giants on the sunny island of Malta. You’ll be the frontline hero for thousands of players, providing live chat and email support, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive experience.

The role requires experience in customer service, native Danish and strong English, and a willingness to relocate to Malta.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
• Proficient in Danish (native or near-native) and strong written/spoken English.
• Able to multitask, manage chat queues, and deliver 5-star support under pressure.
• Willing to relocate to Malta and join an international expat culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support for players in real time.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot tech glitches, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Maintain high energy, bring your personality, humor, and active listening to work daily.
