Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, early-career professionals with call center experience to join a bold iGaming team on the sunny island of Malta. You’ll be the frontline hero for thousands of active players, handling live chat and email support, resolving issues, and collaborating with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.

The role requires proven support experience, Danish (native/C2) and English proficiency, and a tech-savvy mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience in a call center, contact center, or live chat environment.
• Native or near-native Danish (C2) and strong written/spoken English.
• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate CRM dashboards, switch between browser tabs, and learn internal tools quickly.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and integrate into an international expat culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support for players, including game rules, bonuses, payouts, and account verification.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot glitches, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Bring energy, personality, and active listening to daily interactions.
