Job summary

Next Job Abroad is placing a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Malta to join a growing iGaming team. You will handle sportsbook and online casino queries via phone, chat, and email, taking ownership from start to finish.

Hybrid work with relocation support, exposure to Payments, Fraud, and Compliance, and ongoing career progression in an international environment. You’ll need strong Danish and English, plus at least one year in a call centre.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Danish and good English, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Good computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
• A structured and analytical mindset and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email from start to finish.
• Resolving customer enquiries and processing withdrawals with KYC checks.
• Performing daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.
• Working with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth experience.
• Contributing to team KPIs and delivering excellent customer experience.
