Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a growing fintech team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with inquiries and guiding them through digital banking and payment services.

Qualifications

• Danish fluency (spoken and written)
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in digital banking, fintech, and payments
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer support experience is a plus, not required
• Positive attitude and ownership

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client requests
• Provide guidance on financial products and services
• Assist customers with account, payment, and service questions
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
