Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a growing team in Greece, supporting customers in fintech and digital banking. You’ll be the first point of contact, guiding customers on services and solutions to ensure excellent service experiences.

You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues, promoting loyalty, and collaborating with an international team to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written).

About the Role

You’ll be supporting customers of leading financial services, digital payment, and online banking companies. As the first point of contact, you’ll help customers with inquiries, provide guidance on services and solutions, and ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.
