Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Analyst for a fintech client. The role involves assisting Danish clients with complex transactions, troubleshooting digital payment platforms, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will document interactions in the CRM and collaborate with international teams to boost product adoption in Denmark. A relocation package to Bulgaria is provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Proficient English for multinational collaboration.
• Excellent communication and customer-centric approach.

• EU passport holder is mandatory.

Responsibilities
