Next Job Abroad is partnering with a growing Malta-based finance team to hire a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent. You'll join a supportive Scandinavian team, handling onboarding, payments, products and account-related inquiries while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Danish and strong English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Understanding of onboarding and verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, documentation, and product information.
• Provide professional support regarding products, services, and payment options.
• Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and SMS.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with Payments and Collections teams to support customers.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
