Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our Malta-based fintech and banking operations. You will handle Danish customer inquiries, support sales activities, and guide onboarding for new clients.

Qualifications

• CS + Sales experience in call center/BPO environments.
• Native or C2 in Danish with strong English.
• Target-driven mindset and KPI focus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat about financial products.
• Identify customer needs and convert inquiries into active accounts.
• Guide onboarding and basic document checks for compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Collections teams to keep operations smooth.
