Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Danish payroll processing and payroll legislation.
• Ability to analyse payroll data, identify trends, perform reconciliations, and provide insights.
• Professional level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with SAP Payroll is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee end-to-end payroll processes within SAP Payroll.
• Ensure payroll calculations are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Analyse and resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll-related master data and system records.
• Validate payroll results through control checks, reconciliations and audits.
• Prepare payroll and management reports.
• Support customers and employees with payroll-related queries.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure payroll compliance.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements, automation, and standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams on payroll-related projects.
• Support testing activities related to system enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain payroll documentation and operational procedures.
