Job summary

EG A/S in Aarhus seeks a Business Analyst to translate complex payroll and finance needs into clear, implementable IT solutions. You will interact with customers and support teams to define requirements and prioritise work.

You will join a team focused on AI-enabled modernization, supporting payroll administration, organizational structure and financial management for public sector customers in Denmark. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business or IT.
• Experience translating customer needs into IT requirements.
• Fluent in English, strong communication skills.
• Interest in Payroll, Financial Management and Bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into well-described user stories.
• Align solutions with customers and maintain documentation.
• Explore use of AI to optimize methods and processes.
• Prepare tests and participate in workshops with clients.
• Provide input to Product Owner on prioritization and estimation.
