EG A/S seeks a Business Analyst to translate complex payroll and finance needs into smart, simple solutions for the public sector in Denmark. You will work with customers and support teams to understand requirements and prioritize development.

You will craft user stories, align solutions with clients, and explore how AI can optimize processes. The role is hybrid, based in Aarhus, with impact on Payroll, Financial Management and Bookkeeping domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or a shorter higher education in Business or IT.
• Strong analytical skills and the courage to work with a complex area.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and user stories.
