Job summary

Zalaris in Denmark seeks an experienced SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant to maintain and develop payroll systems behind our AMS services for both BPO and cloud customers. You will work closely with Zalaris Customer Care and IT Development to deliver reliable, compliant payroll solutions and continuous improvements.

The role requires strong Danish payroll knowledge, hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll, and collaboration across local, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure accurate system

Qualifications

• Several years of practical experience with SAP HCM Payroll in Denmark.
• Experience with SAP HCM and preferably SAP Time Management.
• Experience with KMD Nettoløn is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of Danish payroll processes and legislation.
• Experience with system changes, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support ZCC with SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP Time Management, and KMD Nettoløn-related system changes and adjustments.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into stable, effective system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
• Investigate incidents and root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Support BPO and cloud-related customer solutions through system expertise and high-quality deliveries.
• Manage change requests from analysis through implementation.
• Collaborate with IT Development on technical solutions and system corrections.
• Support testing and resolve defects identified during testing.
• Coordinate with ZCC on business testing and implementation.

Are you experienced in SAP HCM Payroll and motivated by creating stable, efficient, and well-documented solutions?

We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant to join our Danish Application Management Services (AMS) team. You will play an important role in maintaining and developing the systems behind our payroll services for both BPO and cloud customers.

You will work closely with our Zalaris Customer Care (ZCC) organisation and IT Development. As part of AMS, you will support ZCC with system changes, configuration, payroll adjustments, and technical problem-solving. Your work will help ensure that our customers receive reliable, compliant, and continuously improved payroll solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Support ZCC with SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP Time Management, and KMD Nettoløn-related system changes and adjustments.
• Analyse requirements received through ZCC and translate them into stable and effective system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
• Investigate incidents and system issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Support both BPO and cloud-related customer solutions through system expertise and high-quality deliveries.
• Manage change requests from analysis and documentation through implementation.
• Collaborate closely with IT Development on technical solutions, developments, and system corrections.
• Support technical testing and help resolve system-related defects identified during testing.
• Work with ZCC on the technical aspects of business testing and implementation. ZCC coordinates the business validation and collaboration with Pay.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of KMD service packages and related documentation.
• Collaborate with ZCC, IT Development, Service Delivery Managers, and colleagues across local, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Ensure that solutions support Danish payroll legislation, collective agreements, and agreed business processes.
• Share knowledge and contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement within AMS.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of practical experience with SAP HCM Payroll in Denmark.
• Experience with SAP HCM and preferably SAP Time Management.
• Experience with KMD Nettoløn is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of Danish payroll processes and legislation.
• Experience with system changes, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
