Pandektes is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to guide our German-speaking customers through onboarding to renewal, and to shape how we manage relationships on the DACH market. As an early member of the CS team, you’ll directly impact the customer experience, collaborate with account executives, teach users about AI-powered legal research, and help grow Pandektes across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable with teaching and coaching customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in AI and technology for legal research

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and teach how AI can enhance legal research
• Drive product adoption with executives and customers
• Build community by identifying superusers and expanding usage
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
