Qualifications

• Danish language at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English level B2 for training and collaboration.
• Tech-savvy with multi-tasking across chats and systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer Danish customer inquiries via calls, email and live chat.
• Track missing packages and keep customers updated.
• Guide customers through the returns process.
• Handle order-related questions and product inquiries.
• Assist customers with applying discounts and promos.
