Job summary

Next Job Abroad seeks a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a remote European team supporting fashion and lifestyle e-commerce customers. This role is fully remote, based in Greece, and offers relocation support to Greece for the right candidate.

You will be the main contact for customers via phone, email and chat, assisting with orders, payments and inquiries while maintaining a positive customer journey. Prior CS/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (written & spoken) required.
• Very good English required.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Work closely with an international, remote team.
