Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote European team for a well-established fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brand. The role is based in Greece, offering the freedom of working from home with an international, remote setup and no commuting.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, support orders, deliveries and payments, and work with colleagues across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish written and spoken.
• Very good English ability.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Work closely with an international, remote team.
