Job summary

Next Job Abroad is helping a well-established fashion & lifestyle brand recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to work remotely from Greece. You will be the main contact via phone, email and chat, assisting customers with orders, deliveries and payments while delivering a smooth customer journey.

This is a fully remote position with relocation support to Greece, paid training, health insurance and an international remote team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (written and spoken).
• Very good English.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with orders, deliveries and payments.
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with an international remote team to ensure a positive customer journey.
