Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior Account Manager who speaks Danish and English and is excited to relocate to Malaga, Spain. The role involves driving sales, building long‑term client relationships, and using CRM tools to qualify accounts while meeting KPI targets.

Ideal candidates will be native Danish speakers with English proficiency, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have sales experience.

Qualifications

• Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2).
• EU passport or valid Residence Permit for Spain.
• Great organizational and communication skills.
• Positive work attitude and proactive approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Sales experience required; hospitality background is beneficial.
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Use CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated).
• Participate in focused sales activities such as industry‑specific outreach and hotel partnerships.
• Provide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary.
• Assist with both business and individual travel queries.
