Cross Border Talents is hiring a Danish-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our Nordic-focused team in Barcelona. The role combines client onboarding, campaign launches, and strategic advisory in a dynamic, multinational setting, with relocation support and a hybrid work model.

You will onboard clients, drive adoption and upsell while collaborating with CRM and AI tools to optimize performance and results across a portfolio of B2B customers.

Qualifications

• 20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to onboard clients and manage digital campaigns.
• Comfortable with targets, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Danish-speaking clients and launch PPC campaigns.
• Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions.
• Understand client goals and design results-driven digital strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients via outbound calls and consultative selling.
• Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate using CRM tools and AI-enabled workflows to optimize outreach.
