Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join a Barcelona-based team. This role focuses on onboarding and managing Nordic client campaigns in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will drive adoption and upsell of Google Ads solutions, build strong client relationships, and work with CRM tools and AI-powered workflows in a hybrid Barcelona setting, with relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Danish language level C2 and English C1 required.
• 20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable with targets, presentations and customer engagement.
• Analytical, proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows; experience is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus; experience counts too.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for onboarding and launching PPC campaigns.
• Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions.
• Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients via outbound calls and consultative selling.
• Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency.
