Job summary
Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, early-career professionals with call center experience to join a bold iGaming team on Malta. You’ll be the frontline hero for thousands of players, handling live chat and email support, game rules, bonus activations, payouts, and account verifications.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
- Native or near-native Danish (C2) and strong English skills.
- Experience with ticket systems or chat interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Live Chat & Email Support: assist players in real-time with game rules, bonuses, payouts, and account verification.
- Problem-Solving: de-escalate situations, troubleshoot glitches, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: work with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
- Keep the Energy High: bring personality, humor, and active listening every day.
