You're the link between our product and our customers. You make sure onboarding runs smoothly, data comes across correctly and dealers actually use the platform. When something acts up, you're the one they call, and you fix it.

The role

Profile

You

• You're technical enough to understand databases, APIs and error messages
• You can explain complicated things so normal people understand
• Patient with customers, but efficient in your workflow
• Organised, you can juggle several onboardings at once

Bonus

• Experience with SaaS onboarding or technical support
• Knowledge of SQL or REST APIs
