Job summary

Returnflows is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to efficiently bring new customers live. You will map setups, plan implementations, and execute configurations across Shopify and logistics systems. You’ll train client teams, test rigorously, and act as the customer advocate internally.

The role blends technical work with strong communication, requiring structured project management across multiple onboarding projects, with hybrid work from Copenhagen and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce and understanding of Shopify platforms.
• Familiarity with warehouse (WMS) and transportation (TMS) systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple customer projects.

Responsibilities

At Returnflows we have a clear ambition: we want to change how millions of people experience returns – and have fun along the way. In just over a year we have passed 300+ paying customers, and more than 50% of our new customers now come from outside Denmark. We are now looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist to make sure new customers go live with Returnflows efficiently, confidently and without a hitch.

The opportunity

Onboarding customers to Returnflows is hard work: we have to get up to speed on a customer's entire business fast, and from every angle - e-commerce, finance, logistics and customer service. It often means creating structure and dialogue across the customer's external partners, and the margin for error is zero.

The role is genuinely unique because you get the best of several worlds: you gain insight into hundreds of Shopify setups across borders, you become the link between new customers and our own product development, and you get seriously good at the niche that operations and logistics is.

The right candidate

• You have e-commerce experience and a deep understanding of Shopify (from a webshop, an agency or a SaaS company, for example)
• You know your way around warehouse and shipping solutions (WMS/TMS)
• You thrive in a role where you are both technical and communicative
• You are structured, detail-oriented and can run several customer projects at once
• You care about doing things properly

We are growing, things move fast, and that means you get both a lot of responsibility and a lot of influence.

Your responsibility

You own the onboarding of your own customers – from signed contract to successful go-live.

That includes:

• Mapping out the customer's setup, systems and ways of working
• Planning and driving the implementation
• Executing the Returnflows setup, sometimes creatively
• Testing, quality assuring and securing a stable go-live
• Training the customer's team(s) and making sure they get off to a strong start
• Being the customer's voice internally when experience and insight need to be passed on

We measure your success on time-to-live, NPS, time-to-value, churn among new customers and how smoothly go-lives run, among other things.
